– Specific Skills: Determine specifications and calculate requirements, Prepare layouts, Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join mouldings, wood materials, drywall and plastics materials, Build foundations, Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware, Build floor beams and subflooring, Build walls and install partitions, Install fire doors, Install shoring, Install drywall, Install insulation, Build stairs, platforms, scaffolding, ramps and ladders, Operate power tools

– Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites

– Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat – Work Site Environment: At heights, Confined spaces, Noisy, Dusty

– Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Willing to travel, Willing to travel regularly – Work Location
