Certainly! When you become our client, our technology partner, located in Waterloo, will collaborate with you to create a lean business canvas, design your prototypes and wireframes, develop the Minimum Viable Product, and conduct user testing. Meanwhile, the analysts at PGA will conduct market research, provide product industry insights, and develop product and operational strategies and roadmaps.
We begin with a virtual intake interview on Zoom to gain a better understanding of your business needs, background, and how we can assist you. Before the call, please ensure that you have your CV, company documents (if the business already exists), and the IELTS score report available. Additionally, you will be required to complete the PGA Questionnaire, which can be obtained by contacting us through our website to schedule a meeting.
The fees structure varies depending on the designated organization you select. Each designated organization has a different fees structure, based on factors such as the length of their incubation program and the stage of your startup. Additionally, PGA charges fees for its services which will be discussed during the intake call.
It can take between 6 to 12 months to receive the Letter of Support from a designated organization, depending on various factors. These factors include the stage of product development, revenue stage of the company, and which designated organization is chosen.
