The Next Big Idea Contest

Helping Lithuanian startups go global through an international scale-up contest!

The DMZ and Pace Global Advantage (PGA) are kickstarting a nationwide tech competition in Lithuania. Together, PGA and DMZ will select 5 of the best tech innovators in Lithuania. One founder from each organization will win a trip with flight & a one-week stay in Toronto covered by PGA.

Applications will be accepted until midnight March 25, 2022, EST


Program Start Date: June 13, 2022

The trip will be tailor-made to suit the needs of each company and their industry focus. Winners will have access to world-class Entrepreneurs-In-Residence, DMZ Alumni-In-Residence and Legal Mentorship provided by Pace Law Firm.

During the one week program founders will participate in workshops, program lead sessions and expectation setting events, as well as one-on-one meetings. They will learn about the Canadian Tech ecosystem, Funding opportunities in Canada, the Canadian Legal landscape, HR practices. They will have multiple meetings with our Entrepreneurs in Residence who can advise on how to best grow the business in North America.

Five selected founders will be flown to Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a complimentary hotel room stay for six nights.

A one-week soft landing program focused on expanding into the North American Market marketplace.

Attend workshops and one on one sessions hosted by industry experts, entrepreneurs in residence, and Alumni in Residence at the DMZ.
